Rhubarb Crisp                                  Beat egg well.  Stir in sugar and 2 Tbsp. flour.  Add
1 egg                                                  rhubarb.  Spoon mixture into 8 inch baking dish. Combine
3/4 cup sugar                                    butter, brown sugar, and 2/3 cup flour.  Sprinkle over
2 Tbsp. flour                                      rhubarb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
3 cups rhubarb, cubed                     or until rhubarb is tender.
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup flour
4 Tbsp. butter
